PYRAMIDS PARK RESORT HOTEL

So imagine coming into the the city of Cairo, at 2am. Its raining - something that rarely happens - and cold. Though the cold was the kind I liked, it was still really cold. Unfortunately, I hadn't made any accommodation arrangements; so, I thought it would be best to just go to a hotel and hope that there would be an available room or something. Now the good thing was that I knew I wanted to stay in Giza, close to the Great Pyramids; at least that gave me an idea of the hotels to search for. So, I used Booking.com to make a reservation at PYRAMIDS PARK RESORT HOTEL; formerly INTERCONTINENTAL PYRAMIDS.

• The hotel is located on the Alexandria Desert Road in Giza, and is a five minute drive from the Great Pyramids. 

I mean that is awesome right? I feel like it is a great choice for tourists looking to see the monuments present in the Governorate. And trust me, visiting the pyramids is a great place to start. Plus whenever I left the hotel to go somewhere, I almost always ended up seeing the pyramids, without having to go inside. So, this makes this hotel a great recommendation for tourists.
